The Society for Human Resource Management exists to provide students with opportunities to interact with practicing Human Resource Professionals, receive timely information about Human Resource topics, and to socialize with other students interested in the Human Resource Profession. Our broader mission is to prepare ourselves for entry into the labor market by developing our knowledge, skills, abilities and contacts in the HR field. As a secondary mission, the University of Toledo chapter strives to serve the college, university, and Toledo communities by providing resources to those segments within the scope of our talents.
